Sunday runs - your choice of a short, medium or long run.                        Start at 9am at the tennis club.  These will be led runs when leaders are available.

 Short Sunday Run (SSR): 3 -5 miles

Medium Sunday Run (MSR) 5-7 miles

Long Sunday run (LSR): 8 miles+ 

10K improve your time: 6 week course - 9am

This 6 week course is aimed at those who can complete a non-stop 10K (maybe you’ve recently finished Graham’s Wednesday course?).   

You need to have completed your 10K in 1 hour 20 mins or faster and the aim is to get you faster and more confident at this distance. We will run a 10K each week and introduce different gradients and training elements. Our first group has made great progress and we’ve seen a lot of PB’s.

The next 6 week course starts on March 11th, 9am at the tennis club.

10K to 10 miles Increase your distance course

So, you’ve mastered 10K’s and feel confident?

The Great South Run or your first half marathon is looming and you want some company for a longer run. Join us for an increase of 1k per week for a 6 week course. You must be happy with running 10K, finishing  in 1hour 15 mins or under. You won’t get left behind and will run on some lovely paths away from the main road, but this is not off road or cross country.

This course starts on June 10th 09:00 from the Tennis Club.
