9am at the tennis club, this is an informal, longer and unstructured run for those who want to go further and faster. Perfect for marathon or half marathon training!
9am at the tennis club this is an informal, longer and unstructured run for those who want to go a little further than the Short Sunday Run (but not as far as the long one). We have a couple of routes, but please feel free to map out a route you know or would like to try. This run is around 1.5 hours long, covering approximately 7.5 miles (gears 2 or 3) but you are welcome to add distance or cut it short if you choose.
9am for a steady run is a great complement to your weekly training. For those of you training for a shorter distance race such as a 10k or would just like to build on your base fitness and endurance, the shorter Sunday runs could be for you. If you've completed the C25K course and are ready to start increasing your distance, this session is for you. Run at your own pace, do it in good with company!
