We cannot stress the importance of cross training enough.  Not only does it reduce the risk of injury, it'll help you become a leaner, stronger, faster and more efficient runner.

In addition to running, we always recommend cross training.  Nordic walking with poles is fabulous exercise without impact.  The intensity is there though should you want it, giving you a full body work out, or just have a gentle session. Lots of free taster sessions to try from.

 Our Chairman, Monika, is a fully accredited Nordic Walking UK instructor.
