COUCH TO 5K STARTING MONDAY 15TH APRIL


WE ARE LEADERS IN DELIVERING COUCH TO 5K PROGRAMMES AND HAVE SEEN LITERALLY HUNDREDS OF SUCESSFUL RUNNERS THROUGH THE PROGRAMME.


Couch to 5k is a 9 week course designed for those with very low, or no levels of fitness. 


If you've never run before, if you're returning to fitness or have been injured and would like to make your comeback then this is the course for you! Starting Monday 15th April  the course will run every week for 9 weeks at 6.30pm.


Our experienced run leaders will motivate and inspire you, they know just how you feel!


I'VE NEVER RUN BEFORE, WILL I BE OK?

Yes you will, its our job to make sure of it! This course is especially for you. It won't be easy, but it'll be worth it, you won't regret it! If you are already able to run for more than one minute this programme is not for you, come and join our main sessions at the club.


I WON'T KNOW ANYBODY!

That's okay, everybody will be in the same boat feeling exactly the same! Meet new running buddies all with the same goal as you!
